Real estate agent with experience in the Flemish Brabant region

In these dynamic areas, you’ll turn every home visit into a fantastic experience. You have a knack for attracting new clients like a magnet and can build an impressive portfolio in no time.
What are you going to do?
You’ll be assigned a large, dedicated area—your own playground in the Flemish Brabant region. Any suggestions for where you’d like to be active? We’d love to hear them!
In this role, you’ll have a great deal of freedom and responsibility to build and manage your client portfolio.
You are the local point of contact for both sellers and buyers, and you provide them with professional guidance from start to finish.
Active prospecting comes naturally to you: you source new properties and guide the entire sales process with flair.
You make every home visit unforgettable and every deal leaves your customers beaming with joy.
You are responsible for the administrative follow-up of your cases (with support from our back-office team). This ensures that customers can always count on flawless and accurate administrative processing.
Closing a sale and seeing a happy customer gives you a huge energy boost.
Who are we looking for?
Real estate is in your blood.
The BIV number is a plus.
You have at least two years of experience as a real estate sales agent.
Commercial talent? Check! You seize every opportunity, turn challenges into successes, and never let a deal slip away.
Mediation comes naturally to you—negotiating energizes you and brings you joy.
You don’t just want to succeed for yourself, but also to further build the strong Living Stone brand.
You live in or around Flemish Brabant, have a Class B driver's license, and are ready to take your region by storm.
