What are you going to do?

You'll be in charge of your own region, tailored entirely to your preferences and ambitions.
Within this area, you decide how to build and manage your client portfolio—combining freedom and responsibility.
As the on-site point of contact, you will assist both sellers and buyers from the initial contact through to the handover of the keys.
Property scouting is your playground: you actively go out and about, discover hidden gems, and secure new properties as if you were following a treasure map.
You will handle the administrative follow-up of your cases, with support from our back-office team.

Who are we looking for?

Real estate is in your blood—you have a knack for spotting opportunities and know how to turn a deal into a success.
Do you have a BIV number? If so, you have an advantage.
With at least two years of experience as a real estate sales agent, you have already built a solid foundation.
As a sales professional, you seize every opportunity and turn challenges into results.
As an experienced mediator, negotiating gives you energy and brings you joy.
You want to raise the profile of Living Stone in East Flanders.
You live in or around East Flanders and have a Class B driver's license.
You enjoy working independently, but you also feel at home in an enthusiastic team.
