BIV Real Estate Agent in the Central Limburg Region

We’re currently looking for independent BIV-certified real estate agents for the Central Limburg region. Agents who want the peace of mind that comes with our professional support and, above all, are eager to put our name on the map in this region. “Ain’t no mountain high enough” to achieve our goals together! What are you going to do?
You are the face and ambassador of our real estate agency in Hasselt and help build both existing and new relationships
You actively build your own real estate portfolio and see it grow directly as a result of your actions
Prospecting is what drives you: making calls, knocking on doors, and networking lead to concrete new opportunities
You will professionally guide customers through the entire buying and selling process
You will closely monitor cases from start to finish and track their progress
You are responsible for ensuring that administrative tasks are handled accurately, promptly, and in an organized manner
You negotiate effectively and close successful sales deals
Who are we looking for?
You are a licensed BIV real estate agent with extensive knowledge of the field and experience in buying and/or selling
You have strong local ties in the Central Limburg region
Real estate is in your blood, and you’re business-minded, persuasive, and results-oriented
You realize that your success depends on your own drive, dedication, and creativity in building and expanding your network
