To further expand our new-construction activities in the Leuven region, we are seeking an experienced real estate professional with a BIV number who is willing to independently manage and grow projects. At Living Stone, you’ll be given responsibility for high-quality new construction projects and will help build their success, from launch to the final sale.

What are you going to do?

As a new-construction real estate agent, you manage the entire sales process for your projects. You combine commercial acumen with in-depth knowledge and strong follow-up skills.

You follow up on leads in an active and structured manner.
You will schedule and coordinate appointments, site visits, and presentations.
You analyze the needs of prospective buyers and investors.
You provide clear advice on plans, prices, finishing options, and timing.
You will professionally guide clients through the negotiation process until a compromise is reached and the contract is signed.
You maintain close contact with developers and partners.
You will ensure that files are properly tracked and reported on.
You identify new business opportunities in the region.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility and is results-oriented. Goals give you direction. Results give you energy.

You have a valid BIV number.
You will work full-time on a self-employed basis.
You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a real estate agent.
Experience with projects a major asset.
You are a skilled negotiator and have a results-oriented approach.
You work in a structured manner and follow up on cases meticulously.
You communicate professionally and persuasively.
You are enterprising and actively building your network.
Flexibility regarding evening and weekend work is not a problem.
You are active in the Leuven region or want to expand your business there in a targeted manner.
You have a Class B driver's license.
