New Construction Real Estate Agent (BIV) in the Leuven Area

What are you going to do?

As a new-construction real estate agent, you manage the entire sales process for your projects. You combine commercial acumen with in-depth knowledge and strong follow-up skills.

• You follow up on leads in an active and structured manner

• You will schedule and coordinate appointments, site visits, and presentations

• You analyze the needs of prospective buyers and investors

• You provide clear advice on plans, prices, finishing options, and timing

• You will professionally guide clients through the negotiation process until a deal is reached and the contract is signed

• You maintain close contact with developers and partners

• You will ensure accurate file tracking and reporting

• You identify new business opportunities in the region

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility and is results-oriented. Goals give you direction. Results give you energy.

• You have a valid BIV number

• You will work full-time on a freelance basis

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a real estate agent

• Experience in projects a major asset

• You are a skilled negotiator and are results-oriented 

• You work in an organized manner and closely monitor cases

• You communicate professionally and persuasively

• You are enterprising and actively building your network

• Flexibility regarding evening and weekend work is not a problem

• You are currently operating in the Leuven area or are looking to expand your business there

• You have a Class B driver's license
