That’s why we’re looking for an enthusiastic part-time employee who enjoys talking on the phone, connects easily with people, and gets a boost from satisfied customers. Someone who gathers feedback with a smile, monitors the quality of our service, and helps customers navigate our additional services. Are you a natural conversationalist with a knack for listening? Who are we looking for?

  • You have strong communication skills and feel completely at home on the phone.

  • You speak Dutch and French fluently. Knowledge of English is a plus.

  • You are friendly, professional, and know how to put customers at ease.

  • You listen attentively and effortlessly glean valuable information from conversations.

  • You have a knack for business without being pushy.

  • You have a positive attitude and get energy from interacting with people.

  • You work with precision and ensure that information is recorded correctly.

  • You are reliable, discreet, and handle customer data professionally.

  • You can work independently, but you also enjoy being part of an enthusiastic team.

  • Experience in customer contact, cold calling, or customer service is a plus, but certainly not a requirement.

  • A pleasant phone voice and a healthy dose of enthusiasm? That makes us happy.

What are you going to do?

  • You will contact customers who have recently worked with us by phone.

  • You gauge their satisfaction and gather valuable feedback about our services.

  • You will perform quality checks and help us continuously improve our service.

  • You listen to customers' needs and identify opportunities where we can help them further.

  • You inform customers about additional services and reliable partners in our network.

  • You connect customers with suppliers for additional support or advice.  

  • You will record calls correctly and ensure accurate follow-up.

  • You are a key link between our clients, our real estate agencies, and our partners.

  • You ensure that clients feel heard, supported, and valued even after their real estate transaction is complete.
