What are you going to do?

• You are the face of our real estate agency in Hasselt 

• You grow your own portfolio by taking action, spotting opportunities, and seizing them

• Prospecting? That’s your forte: making calls, knocking on doors, networking, and being there wherever opportunities arise

• You guide customers with enthusiasm and confidence through the entire buying and selling process

• You take charge of cases and see them through from start to finish

• You organize and lead tours

• You negotiate with flair and a healthy dose of conviction

Who are we looking for?

• You’ve (almost) started your BIV internship and are highly motivated to master the field

• You have a business-oriented mindset and thrive on customer interaction and achieving results

• You have strong communication skills, are persuasive, and aren't afraid to take the initiative

• You are eager to learn and open to continuous learning and growth

• You enjoy working independently, but you also work well as part of a team

• You are organized and carefully follow up on cases from start to finish

• You have strong local ties to the Hasselt region or are willing to familiarize yourself with it

• You have the drive to help build Living Stone’s growth and visibility in the region
