What are you going to do?

You'll be involved in the entire sales and purchasing process. You'll learn, take action, and grow.
You'll guide buyers and sellers through the entire process from start to finish.
You build strong relationships with customers and property owners.
You actively prospect and search for new properties in your region.
You follow up on leads and work with customers to find solutions.
You'll learn to follow up on cases on your own.
You'll take on more and more responsibility and continue to grow into an independent role as a real estate agent.

Who are we looking for?

You've completed your real estate agent training and are ready to start your BIV internship.
You will be working as a self-employed individual.
You live in the area and have a Class B driver's license.
You speak Dutch and French fluently.
You are sociable, eager to learn, and enterprising.
You approach people with ease and know how to open doors with your polished, personable demeanor.
You listen carefully, ask the right questions, and quickly sense what customers need.
You are flexible and enjoy taking on responsibility.
