Contest Rules for the Fall Promotion 2026
Article 1 – Organizer
These contest rules apply to the Living Stone Fall Promotion 2026 (hereinafter: the “Promotion”), organized by Living Stone bv, with its registered office at Astridlaan 1, 1700 Dilbeek, registered in the Cross-Reference Database of Enterprises under number BE 0450.034.765 (hereinafter: the “Organizer” or “Living Stone”).
By participating in the Promotion, the participant declares that they have read these contest rules and fully accept them.
Article 2 – Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from September 1, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. through December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (hereinafter: the “Promotion Period”).
Only in-person sales appraisals conducted during this Promotion Period or sales orders entrusted to Living Stone during this Promotion Period are eligible for the Promotion.
Article 3 – Who Can Participate?
Participation is open to any individual who:
is at least 18 years old;
lives in Belgium;
is the owner or co-owner of the real estate being appraised or for which a sales mandate has been entrusted to Living Stone, or is acting legally on behalf of the owner;
during the Promotion Period, has a valid in-person sales appraisal conducted by a Living Stone real estate agent or entrusts Living Stone with a listing for the property;
fill out the online contest form completely and correctly.
Employees of Living Stone, their spouses or partners living in the same household, family members, and anyone directly or indirectly involved in organizing the Promotion are excluded from participation.
Article 4 – Which entries are eligible?
This promotion applies to in-person sales appraisals or sales listings with Living Stone for the following types of real estate:
residences;
apartments;
studios;
student rooms;
building lots.
Appraisals or sales listings related to rental properties, commercial real estate, garages, parking spaces, or other types of real estate not expressly mentioned above are not eligible.
A sales listing is eligible if a new written sales listing agreement is entered into between the owner and Living Stone during the Promotion Period.
An online valuation without an in-person visit by a Living Stone real estate agent does not count as a valid appraisal for this Promotion.
There is no obligation to subsequently sell the appraised property through Living Stone.
Article 5 – How to Participate?
To validly participate in the Promotion, the participant must, during the Promotion Period:
have a Living Stone real estate agent visit in person to provide a sales estimate for an eligible property as described in Article 4, or entrust Living Stone with a sales listing for an eligible property during the Promotion Period;
fill out the online contest form completely and truthfully;
answer the tiebreaker question;
Agree to these competition rules.
Participation in the contest is free. Anyone who enters via an in-person sales appraisal is not required to subsequently sell the appraised property through Living Stone.
Only one valid entry may be registered per property, regardless of whether the participant qualifies via an in-person sales appraisal, a sales listing with Living Stone, or both.
A participant may enter for multiple properties provided that each property individually meets the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
Each participant may win a maximum of one prize.
Article 6 – Tiebreaker and Deciding Question
To be eligible to win a prize, participants must answer the tiebreaker question on the online contest form.
Tiebreaker question:
How many in-person sales estimates will Living Stone conduct in total during the promotional period from September 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026?
The five eligible participants who provide the correct answer or come closest to it will be declared winners.
If multiple participants give the same answer and therefore tie, the participant who submitted his or her valid entry first will be given priority.
After the Promotion ends, Living Stone will verify whether the selected participants meet all the conditions set forth in these rules.
Article 7 – Prices
As part of this promotion, a total of 5 wellness gift certificates, each worth €400, will be given away. The total prize pool is €2,000.
Each winner will receive one €400 wellness gift certificate from a wellness partner selected by Living Stone.
Living Stone determines which wellness partner is assigned to each winner. Factors that may be taken into account include the region where the winner lives or where the property in question is located. In this way, we strive to assign a wellness location that is conveniently accessible to the winner.
The winner cannot choose which wellness partner the gift certificate is valid at.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced with another prize at the winner's request. Any expenses exceeding €400 are the responsibility of the winner.
The terms and conditions of validity, reservation, and use of the assigned wellness partner apply to the use of the gift certificate.
Article 8 – Awarding of Prizes
At the end of the Promotion, the five winners will be selected in accordance with Article 6.
Living Stone will contact the winners personally no later than January 18, 2027, using the phone number and/or email address provided upon entry.
If a winner does not respond within 14 calendar days of the first attempt to contact them, Living Stone may decide to forfeit the winner’s right to the prize and award the prize to the next eligible participant based on the results of the tiebreaker question.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
Article 9 – Conditions Attached to the Prize
The price is personalized and cannot be:
exchanged for money;
exchanged for another prize;
broken down;
replaced at the winner's request.
The prize must be accepted as awarded.
Living Stone reserves the right to offer an alternative wellness prize of at least the same value if, due to circumstances, an advertised wellness gift certificate is unavailable.
Once the gift certificate has been validly transferred, Living Stone is not responsible for the availability, reservation options, services, or any changes to the terms and conditions of the relevant wellness provider.
Article 10 – Exclusion from Participation
Living Stone reserves the right to exclude a participant if:
the participant does not meet the requirements of these contest rules;
incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information is provided;
there is fraud or an attempt at fraud;
the participant attempts to manipulate the course of the competition;
the physical sales appraisal did not actually take place during the Promotion Period, or the sales order was not entrusted to Living Stone during the Promotion Period;
the real property in question does not fall under any of the categories listed in Article 4.
In the event of disqualification, the participant is not entitled to a prize or any other compensation.
Article 11 – Personal Data and Privacy
To organize the promotion, Living Stone processes the personal data necessary to register and verify participation, determine the winners, and contact them.
This may include, among other things, last name, first name, email address, phone number, address information, and details about the property being appraised or listed for sale.
The personal data required to participate in the contest will be processed for the administration and implementation of the Promotion.
If Living Stone also wishes to use personal data for commercial communications, newsletters, or other marketing purposes that require consent, separate consent will be requested for these purposes. Participation in the contest may not be made contingent upon this optional consent.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Living Stone’s privacy statement.
Participants may exercise their rights regarding personal data as described in Living Stone’s privacy statement.
Article 12 – Announcement of the Winners
Living Stone may disclose the first names and municipalities of the winners through its own communication channels, provided that this is done in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Separate permission will be requested, where required, for the use or publication of recognizable photos or other visual material of a winner.
Refusal to provide such consent does not affect a valid winner's right to receive his or her prize.
Article 13 – Liability
Living Stone cannot be held liable for technical problems that result in an entry not being registered, being registered late, or being registered incompletely, unless this is the result of an error for which Living Stone is legally liable.
Living Stone is also not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or restrictions imposed by the relevant wellness providers.
Participation in wellness activities and use of the prize are subject to the terms and conditions and safety regulations of the relevant wellness provider.
Nothing in these regulations excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Article 14 – Modification or Termination of the Promotion
Living Stone reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, shorten, extend, or terminate the Promotion if exceptional circumstances so require.
Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible via the campaign page or other relevant communication channels.
A change may not affect participants’ previously acquired rights, unless it is necessary due to force majeure or a legal obligation.

Article 16 – Governing Law
These contest rules and the Promotion are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in accordance with the applicable rules of jurisdiction.
