Contest Rules for the Fall Promotion 2026
Article 1 – Organizer
These contest rules apply to the Living Stone Fall Promotion 2026 (hereinafter: the “Promotion”), organized by Living Stone bv, with its registered office at Astridlaan 1, 1700 Dilbeek, registered in the Cross-Reference Database of Enterprises under number BE 0450.034.765 (hereinafter: the “Organizer” or “Living Stone”).
By participating in the Promotion, the participant declares that they have read these contest rules and fully accept them.
Article 2 – Promotion Period
De Actie loopt van 1/09/2026 om 00.01 uur tot en met 31/12/2026 om 23.59 uur (hierna: de “Actieperiode”).
Enkel fysieke verkoopschattingen die plaatsvinden tijdens deze Actieperiode of verkoopopdrachten die tijdens deze Actieperiode aan Living Stone worden toevertrouwd, komen in aanmerking voor de Actie.
Article 3 – Who Can Participate?
Participation is open to any individual who:
is at least 18 years old;
lives in Belgium;
eigenaar of mede-eigenaar is van het onroerend goed waarvoor de schatting wordt uitgevoerd of waarvoor een verkoopopdracht aan Living Stone wordt toevertrouwd, of rechtsgeldig optreedt namens de eigenaar;
tijdens de Actieperiode een geldige fysieke verkoopschatting laat uitvoeren door een Living Stone-makelaar of een verkoopopdracht voor het onroerend goed aan Living Stone toevertrouwt;
fill out the online contest form completely and correctly.
Employees of Living Stone, their spouses or partners living in the same household, family members, and anyone directly or indirectly involved in organizing the Promotion are excluded from participation.
Artikel 4 – Welke deelnames komen in aanmerking?
De Actie geldt voor fysieke verkoopschattingen of verkoopopdrachten bij Living Stone van volgende types vastgoed:
residences;
apartments;
studios;
student rooms;
building lots.
Schattingen of verkoopopdrachten in het kader van verhuur, bedrijfsvastgoed, garages, autostaanplaatsen of andere vastgoedtypes die hierboven niet uitdrukkelijk worden vermeld, komen niet in aanmerking.
Een verkoopopdracht komt in aanmerking wanneer tijdens de Actieperiode een nieuwe schriftelijke verkoopopdracht tussen de eigenaar en Living Stone wordt afgesloten.
Een online waardebepaling zonder fysiek bezoek door een Living Stone-makelaar geldt niet als geldige schatting voor deze Actie.
Er bestaat geen verplichting om de geschatte eigendom nadien effectief via Living Stone te verkopen.
Article 5 – How to Participate?
To validly participate in the Promotion, the participant must, during the Promotion Period:
een Living Stone-makelaar fysiek laten langskomen voor een verkoopschatting van een geldig onroerend goed zoals omschreven in artikel 4, óf tijdens de Actieperiode een verkoopopdracht voor een geldig onroerend goed aan Living Stone toevertrouwen;
fill out the online contest form completely and truthfully;
de schiftingsvraag beantwoorden;
Agree to these competition rules.
Deelname aan de wedstrijd is gratis. Wie deelneemt via een fysieke verkoopschatting is niet verplicht om het geschatte onroerend goed nadien via Living Stone te verkopen.
Per onroerend goed kan slechts één geldige deelname worden geregistreerd, ongeacht of de deelnemer in aanmerking komt via een fysieke verkoopschatting, een verkoopopdracht aan Living Stone of beide.
Een deelnemer kan voor verschillende onroerende goederen deelnemen indien elk onroerend goed afzonderlijk aan de deelnamevoorwaarden van deze Actie voldoet.
Elke deelnemer kan maximaal één prijs winnen.
Article 6 – Tiebreaker and Deciding Question
Om kans te maken op een prijs moet de deelnemer de schiftingsvraag op het online wedstrijdformulier beantwoorden.
Tiebreaker question:
Hoeveel fysieke verkoopschattingen zal Living Stone in totaal uitvoeren tijdens de actieperiode van 1 september 2026 tot en met 31 december 2026?
De vijf geldige deelnemers die het correcte antwoord geven of dit antwoord het dichtst benaderen, worden als winnaar aangeduid.
Indien meerdere deelnemers hetzelfde antwoord geven en daardoor ex aequo eindigen, krijgt de deelnemer die zijn of haar geldige deelname het eerst heeft ingediend voorrang.
After the Promotion ends, Living Stone will verify whether the selected participants meet all the conditions set forth in these rules.
Article 7 – Prices
In het kader van deze Actie worden in totaal 5 wellnesscadeaubonnen ter waarde van €400 per bon weggegeven. De totale prijzenpot bedraagt €2000.
Elke winnaar ontvangt één wellnesscadeaubon van €400 bij een door Living Stone geselecteerde wellnesspartner.
Living Stone bepaalt welke wellnesspartner aan welke winnaar wordt toegewezen. Hierbij kan onder meer rekening worden gehouden met de regio de regio waarin de winnaar woont of waarin het betrokken onroerend goed gelegen is. Zo streven we ernaar een wellnesslocatie toe te wijzen die voor de winnaar praktisch bereikbaar is.
The winner cannot choose which wellness partner the gift certificate is valid at.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced with another prize at the winner's request. Any expenses exceeding €400 are the responsibility of the winner.
The terms and conditions of validity, reservation, and use of the assigned wellness partner apply to the use of the gift certificate.
Article 8 – Awarding of Prizes
Na afloop van de Actie worden de vijf winnaars bepaald overeenkomstig artikel 6.
Living Stone zal de winnaars uiterlijk op 18/01/2027 persoonlijk contacteren via het telefoonnummer en/of e-mailadres dat bij deelname werd opgegeven.
Indien een winnaar binnen 14 kalenderdagen na de eerste contactpoging niet reageert, kan Living Stone beslissen dat het recht op de prijs vervalt en de prijs toekennen aan de eerstvolgende geldige deelnemer volgens het resultaat van de schiftingsvraag.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
Article 9 – Conditions Attached to the Prize
The price is personalized and cannot be:
exchanged for money;
exchanged for another prize;
broken down;
replaced at the winner's request.
The prize must be accepted as awarded.
Living Stone behoudt zich het recht voor om, indien een aangekondigde wellnesscadeaubon door omstandigheden niet beschikbaar is, een alternatieve wellnessprijs van minstens dezelfde waarde toe te kennen.
Once the gift certificate has been validly transferred, Living Stone is not responsible for the availability, reservation options, services, or any changes to the terms and conditions of the relevant wellness provider.
Article 10 – Exclusion from Participation
Living Stone reserves the right to exclude a participant if:
the participant does not meet the requirements of these contest rules;
incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information is provided;
there is fraud or an attempt at fraud;
the participant attempts to manipulate the course of the competition;
de fysieke verkoopschatting niet daadwerkelijk tijdens de Actieperiode heeft plaatsgevonden of de verkoopopdracht niet tijdens de Actieperiode aan Living Stone werd toevertrouwd;
het betrokken onroerend goed niet onder de categorieën uit artikel 4 valt.
In the event of disqualification, the participant is not entitled to a prize or any other compensation.
Article 11 – Personal Data and Privacy
To organize the promotion, Living Stone processes the personal data necessary to register and verify participation, determine the winners, and contact them.
Het kan daarbij onder meer gaan om naam, voornaam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, adresgegevens en gegevens over het geschatte of in verkoop gegeven onroerend goed.
The personal data required to participate in the contest will be processed for the administration and implementation of the Promotion.
Indien Living Stone persoonsgegevens daarnaast wil gebruiken voor commerciële communicatie, nieuwsbrieven of andere marketingdoeleinden waarvoor toestemming vereist is, wordt hiervoor afzonderlijk toestemming gevraagd. Deelname aan de wedstrijd mag niet afhankelijk worden gemaakt van deze optionele toestemming.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Living Stone’s privacy statement.
Participants may exercise their rights regarding personal data as described in Living Stone’s privacy statement.
Article 12 – Announcement of the Winners
Living Stone may disclose the first names and municipalities of the winners through its own communication channels, provided that this is done in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Separate permission will be requested, where required, for the use or publication of recognizable photos or other visual material of a winner.
Refusal to provide such consent does not affect a valid winner's right to receive his or her prize.
Article 13 – Liability
Living Stone cannot be held liable for technical problems that result in an entry not being registered, being registered late, or being registered incompletely, unless this is the result of an error for which Living Stone is legally liable.
Living Stone is also not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or restrictions imposed by the relevant wellness providers.
Participation in wellness activities and use of the prize are subject to the terms and conditions and safety regulations of the relevant wellness provider.
Nothing in these regulations excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Article 14 – Modification or Termination of the Promotion
Living Stone reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, shorten, extend, or terminate the Promotion if exceptional circumstances so require.
Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible via the campaign page or other relevant communication channels.
A change may not affect participants’ previously acquired rights, unless it is necessary due to force majeure or a legal obligation.

Article 16 – Governing Law
Dit wedstrijdreglement en de Actie zijn onderworpen aan het Belgisch recht.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in accordance with the applicable rules of jurisdiction.
