My name is Manu, and I was born and raised in Hasselt. After twelve years of experience in the construction industry, I made a conscious decision to pursue my passion for real estate. Those years in construction taught me to think practically, analyze situations quickly, and always look for solutions. Thanks to this background, I can quickly assess a property and identify areas for improvement.
In the meantime, I’m already on my third renovation project. I genuinely find satisfaction in improving things step by step and seeing the potential that others sometimes overlook. For me, the construction motto still holds true: “Can’t be done” doesn’t exist.
When I’m not rolling up my sleeves and getting to work, I like to go for walks with my girlfriend, enjoy her cooking, have a beer with friends, or cheer on Sporting Hasselt from the sidelines.
