Who are we looking for?

  • You’ve earned your BIV and are ready to put your real estate skills to work in a vibrant market full of opportunities in Mechelen.

  • You're a true Maneblusser or know the region inside and out.

  • As a true people person, you’re sociable, customer-focused, and able to easily build trust in a diverse city.

  • Dutch is your foundation. French? Très bien. English? Awesome.

  • With your commercial drive, you’ll spot opportunities in a market full of properties undergoing renovation, city apartments, and investment real estate.

  • You're a true team player, but you can also work perfectly well on your own.

  • With your Class B driver's license, you can get around Mechelen and the surrounding municipalities with ease.

  • You exude confidence, enthusiasm, and authenticity in every interaction.

  • Evening and weekend shifts? You know that Mechelen comes alive when people have time off.

  • You have a positive attitude and are bursting with enthusiasm to get started.

  • Any extra skills, like being an amateur city tour guide or a first-class joker? We're already curious!
