What are you going to do?
You are the face of our real estate agency in Dilbeek.
Step by step, you'll build your own client portfolio within your area of expertise.
Prospecting? That’s your playground: making calls, knocking on doors, networking, and being everywhere opportunities arise.
You’ll guide clients with enthusiasm and confidence through the entire process of renting and leasing.
You take firm control of cases and follow them through from start to finish.
You organize and supervise visits.
You get a huge energy boost from finding the perfect match between a tenant and a landlord.
Who are we looking for?
You have (almost) started as a BIV intern and are highly motivated to master the profession.
You have a business-oriented mindset and get a boost from interacting with customers and achieving results.
You have strong communication skills, are persuasive, and aren't afraid to take the initiative.
You are eager to learn and open to continuously learning and growing.
You enjoy working independently, but you also work well as part of a team.
You are organized and follow up on cases meticulously from start to finish.
You have strong local ties to the Dilbeek region or are willing to learn more about it.
You have the drive to help build Living Stone's growth and visibility in the region.
