Best Experience Renting an Apartment

My wife and I are originally from the USA. We were worried about renting a place in Belgium because we had heard about scams and we were not able to see the apartment in person. However, Tiffany Houben from Livingstone was very helpful in giving us a video tour of the apartment and walking through the differences between renting procedures in the USA vs Belgium. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was very patient with us when we had even the most basic questions about the contract. We have now been in our new apartment for a month and we could not be happier.
