Indeling: Inkomhal - leef/studeerruimte - badkamer (wastafel, douche en toilet) - trap naar verdieping. Slaapruimte op de verdieping. Extra comfort: Bemeumeld: bureau, bureaustoel, kast, bad, zetel, koelkast en parlofoon. Per verdieping zijn er 2 gemeenschappelijke en goed uitgeruste keukens (28 m&sup2;) voorzien. Hier bevindt zich ook een extra ontspanningshoek met tv-aansluiting. In de kelderverdieping bevindt zich nog een polyvalente en ingerichte ontspanningsruimte (75 m&sup2;). Van hieruit is er ook toegang tot de gemeenschappelijke tuin met terras (45 m&sup2;). Er is eveneens een gemeenschappelijke wasplaats en bovendien is er nog een grote ondergrondse fietsenstalling. Aandeel reservefonds: 322,04 &euro; Huurinfo: De kamer werd verhuurd aan 400 &euro; + 150 &euro; (vaste kosten) per maand. Waarborg: 2 maanden huur. Vrij van huur. Alleen studentenverhuur mogelijk - geen domicilie. 2de verblijftaks: af te rekenen met huurder.
