ENJOY ESSENTIAL FREE SALES CERTIFICATES
With these valuable certificates in hand, you are prepared for a smooth sale:
• Cadastral register and cadastral plans
• Urban planning information
• Soil certificate
• Electrical inspection
• EPC (energy performance certificate)
• Asbestos inspection
The free sales certificates do not cover the inspection of an oil tank or central heating system checks.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The offer is valid from September 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023, upon presentation of the accompanying discount voucher.
The offer is only valid if you sign an exclusive 6-month sales mandate with Living Stone, at a fee of 3% excluding VAT or 3.63% including VAT. The offer is valid for the sale of residential real estate with a minimum selling price of €300,000. The offer pertains to the aforementioned free sales certificates, up to a maximum amount of €1,500 including VAT, excluding all certificates related to common areas in joint ownership.
In the event of termination of the mandate with Living Stone without the completion of a sale, the client undertakes to purchase all certificates at cost price + VAT from Living Stone, payable within 15 days after the termination of the mandate.
