This student room is part of a student house with 18 rooms, spread over 2 separate blocks, with a terrace in between. The block at the front houses 12 students, the block at the back houses 6 students (2 per floor). Both blocks have a spacious common room, with 2 large kitchens on the ground floor. Cleaning is done biweekly by an external cleaning company. There is a basement with a washing machine for the students to use. The building is accessible from the back and students can park their bikes inside the building. 

This room, located in the back building, has its own shower, sink and toilet. The student room has its own intercom. 

The room is currently rented at 470 euro /pm + deposit of 80euro /pm for water, electricity, heating and internet.
